Refund Policy
We hope that you will be happy with your order but if for any reason you wish to return something, you may do so in line with our returns policy and process outlined below:
- Products may be returned for credit, exchange, or refund within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- Once we have received and inspected the product and validated your return, It will take up to 7 working days to process a refund and for it to reflect on your account.
- In order for a return to be processed, the merchandise must be unused and returned in its original box/wrapping together with a valid sales docket/invoice.
- The following items cannot be returned:
- Food Items. This is in line with public and food safety regulations
- Refunds will exclude all delivery fees that are paid as part of the order.
- Kindly note: If orders are cancelled due to a refund request, a 2.5% admin and merchant fee will be levied.
- If we accidentally deliver the wrong product to you, or if the product is not as described, please contact us and we will arrange to collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we can arrange to deliver the correct product to you (assuming it is available) or refund you, depending on your preference.
Returns Process
If you wish to return something that you purchased, you can do so in one of two ways:
- Return to Store: Return the selected item to your nearest store, together with your invoice.
