Shipping Policy

Smart Packaging Distributors will send your parcel through The Courier Guy, and parcels will be delivered to your door.

Delivery may take 1 – 5 working days to get to you, depending on the area you reside in, South Africa. Delivery to regional & outlying areas could take up to 5 – 7 working days.

Once your parcel has been sent, a tracking number will be emailed to you via our online portal, and it is then the responsibility of the customer to track it with the courier company specified.

PLEASE NOTE

• We will only deliver to a physical address, not P.O. Box addresses.
• Please provide us with a physical address that is normally occupied during office hours, as deliveries take place between 08:30 and 17:00 on weekdays (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
• Every delivery must be signed and endorsed as proof of delivery.
• Additional delivery charges may apply to outlying areas, as well as the delivery of selected goods. If applicable, this will be highlighted during the checkout process.
• We currently only deliver within South Africa.
